❖ Ensuring preparation & delivery of MIS on timely manner to the CFO and other key stakeholders.
❖ Generating Financial statements for all operating countries and developing Group consolidated FS for the
stakeholders.
❖ Individual country wise financial performance analysis, budgetary analysis, robust monitoring of
budgetary control and preparation of variance analysis, brand wise contribution and performance
analysis to overall earnings and monthly review with the management.
❖ Active supervision of the VAT-TAX filing with the NBR and company secretarial compliance with RJSC.
❖ Active supervision of Treasury activities and banking operation on time-to-time basis.
