❖ Conduction process of Internal & External financial audit, compliance audit as per the annual audit plan.
❖ Over-viewing the cash (including petty cash) & bank related activities.
❖ Maintaining sales and purchase related VAT activities, refunding procedures, debit & credit note adjustment.
❖ Managing and monitoring the factoring agreement with IDLC.
❖ Conducting the assets management activities of the parent company as well as subsidiaries.
